SoftIce SA, a division of ICM Industries SA ("we", "us") respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you use our enquiry form, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number (optional), country, the product you are interested in, and your message.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote or proforma invoice, and follow up on your order. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How it is sent and who sees it

The form is delivered to our email inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. They pass the message on to us and may process it on their servers. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, the details you share are handled by us and by those services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our normal business and tax records, then delete them.

Your rights

You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email icm@lantic.net. If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
